My disabled client’s remaining parent passed away  and I was responsible for finding around-the-clock care for him. I was surprised at how easy and affordable it was to find a live-in Personal Care Assistant (PCA). There is a group of three PCA’s that rotate shifts so that he is taken care of 24/7.
